MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE CHARGES FOR HOLIDAY HOMES FOR THE 2010 SEASON

Pitch Fee: Payable by 28th February 2010 - £1850.00 inc VAT.

Current Rates: Payable on 1st April 2009 - £189.90.

MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE CHARGES FOR CHALETS FOR THE 2009/2010 SEASON

Pitch Fee: Payable by 24th March 2009 - £1103.85 inc VAT.

Current Rates: Payable on 1st April 2009 - Band A paid direct to local council.

Electric: Electric units used at 'pass through cost' + VAT an 5%.

Woodlands Holiday Park reserve the right to alter these prices without notification. Your Holiday Home is welcome on the Park as long as you remain the owner. The only time we may decide to ask you to remove the Holiday Home from the Park is when you decide to leave the Park, replace or upgrade your Holiday Home.

 

Touring Caravans

All pitches are for one Caravan, Motorhome or Folding Camper
Hard standing or grassed pitch, including Electric & TV point £15.00 per night
Awning on grassed pitch only £3.50 per night
Please note Woodlands is not licenced for tents
